    Join us at our contemporary restaurant for a five-course dinner prepared by Chef Chad Johnson and Chef de Cuisine Courtney Orwig celebrating the wines of one of America’s most accomplished Winemakers, Paul Hobbs.

    Our very special guest speaker, Matt Hobbs is the primary ambassador and educator on all wineries under Paul Hobbs. This evening’s menu and wine pairings will highlight the relationship between meticulous farming and its effect on producing quality ingredients with a sense of place. Matt will walk guests through a series of limited production, single vineyard projects that span three continents.
