    After being received with a special pour, guests will be treated to a luxurious five-course dinner featuring hand-picked selections from the Bern's Steak House cellar. Bern’s proprietor David Laxer and wine director Eric Renaud scour the Bern’s cellar for each year’s selections. Every curated wine is delightfully paired with a dish from one of our restaurants’ esteemed chefs; Habteab Hamde, Brent Hunt and Jon Atanacio of Bern's Steak House, Amber Menendez of the Harry Waugh Dessert Room and Chad Johnson of Haven.
