    After being received with a special pour, guests will be treated to a luxurious five-course dinner featuring hand-picked selections from the Bern's Steak House cellar. Bern’s proprietor David Laxer and wine director Eric Renaud scour the Bern’s cellar for each year’s selections. Every curated wine is delightfully paired with a dish from one of our restaurants’ esteemed chefs; Habteab Hamde of Bern's Steak House, Amber Menendez of the Harry Waugh Dessert Room, Chad Johnson & Courtney Orwig of Haven, Jason Bamford of Élevage SoHo Kitchen & Bar, and Heather Birr of B&G Little Midway.
